Home Inspection: I will recommend that you obtain a professional home inspection.
Estimate of Funds required & Escrow: I will provide you with an approximate preliminary estimate of closing costs, earnest money & down payment requirements in the transaction.
Offer Preparation: I will prepare the purchasing contract & property disclosures according to your terms.
Offer Presentation: I will present your purchase offer in the most favorable light possible. I will negotiate the price & terms that you've approved. I will present a third party viewpoint, in order for you & the seller to comes to terms in a fair manner.
Home Inspection Remedies: I will discuss your Home Inspection Report & help communicate any information pertaining to repairs or credits with all the parties involved in the transactions; including the Listing Agent & Attorney.
Walk-Through: I will accompany you on a thorough walk-through of the property before closing.
Closing The Sale: I will monitor & inform you of the progress of the purchase agreement; including the satisfaction of all contingencies & conditions.
